Eras Cider Box FAQs

Do you have questions about Ash & Elm’s Eras Cider Box?

  • Sign up for our newsletter! We share release details to newsletter subscribers first.

  • We haven’t released that information yet, but it will be in mid-September.

  • The box is $75 before taxes and shipping. Most boxes will cost ~$20 to ship, but that depends on your exact location.

  • Check out www.ashandelmcider.com/buycider to see a list of all the states where we ship

  • Each state sets its own shipping regulations for incoming alcohol shipments. If we do not ship to your state, it is because they do not allow direct-to-consumer wine shipments form out of their state. We cannot change your state’s laws.

  • Please email us at liz@ashandelmcider.com with photos of your damaged cans and your order number. She can help you get replacement cans sent your way.

    Please note that dented but drinkable cans are not able to be replaced.

  • Yes, we have extra boxes and can send you a replacement. Please email liz@ashandelmcider.com and she will get that taken care of for you.

  • You can’t pick up an Eras Cider Box in any of our locations until we release it in early November. The online drops in August, September, and October, all must be shipped.

  • That’s always a possiblity, but we are keeping back 1,000 boxes for the week of the concert. We can’t predict how many people will come by but we do have a LOT of boxes available for in-preson pickup in November!

  • No, not with the Eras labels. Each cider in the box is one we make regularly. Check out this cheat sheet!

  • We are still working through those logistics! Make sure you follow us on social media and are signed up for the newsletter so we can share updates with you as we get closer to the release date.
